More Results Less Time Video 2

We’re taking the KING to the next level! If you didn’t watch the first video, make sure you check out that one first, as the second video builds on the fundamentals we learned in the first in the series.

Before we get rolling on that video, check out part of Branda’s story and how some of these exercises have impacted her life.

“I started in April 2013. I was always the one motivating my family and friends to work out and get into better shape. I would work out all the time but never got any results, and they all did.
Then I found The Dungeon.
I wanted to build muscle and tone up. Lose the extra body fat.
The Dungeon has given me more motivation, I eat better and I’m stronger than I have ever been and I’m so damn excited to show up every time! On top of working out, it’s fun!”

Her favorite part of the program?

“Weight lifting by far! I love that fat man pull-ups, throwing games in the mix as work outs and slowing to starting to enjoy running now that I’m getting better at it.”

Her tips to those thinking about trying something new?

“Everyone learns at different paces and don’t be afraid to try something new, because you never know what might happen..(you could break records!) The only pushing going on at the Dungeon, is you pushing yourself to go the distance and be great.”

She’s done AWESOME doing exercises just like these–now to video 2! (remember, be sure to watch the whole thing–you don’t want to miss those all-important coaching cues!)

Booya! I LOVE the kettlebell goblet squat… more importantly, though, I LOVE the results my clients get when they do them!
