We’re getting by with our current set-up just fine, but our team is constantly finding ourselves thinking “shoot, this would be so much easier if we had someone to help keep all this organized,” or “dang it, I wish we had someone to coordinate this whole calendar thing for us.”

If you get a little warm and fuzzy at the idea of seeing a busy, hard-working mom lose 30 pounds and gain crazy amounts of confidence after being frustrated with her weight for years, or at the idea of helping a 13 year old boy gain the confidence to go out for team and have a blast making new friends, and then, in a few years, smile knowing you helped him reach his dream of earning a college scholarship…. We’re a mission driven organization and we’re here to help people (and we’re great at it), but we need someone to help keep things in order as we grow.
Here’s where we need you to help (Job Duties):
-being a welcoming, friendly, “happy-to-help” voice on the phone [and via email]–assist in customer support, client & prospective client scheduling, and client follow-up
-make people smile and greet them by name, you have a crazy ability to make people feel welcome and make any room you walk into happier
-organization is like a sixth sense to you–you just plain find ways to make things flow better, work easier, and keep things in order
-experience with (or ability to learn) how to use technology platforms and customer management systems like Infusionsoft, Zenplanner, WordPress, and Gmail
-you’re a boss at spreadsheets, keeping track of key numbers & items, and getting important important information to your team
-you’re a self-starter & a finisher–you just straight up get things done (and get them done RIGHT)
-1+ years experience in customer service/administrative support (ideally in a service business environment) preferred.
-MUST have strong writing skills. Written communication is a constant requirement in our business .
-Preference will be given to those that are familiar with DSC culture, business model, values, and practices
-Demonstrated ability to solve problems & find answers
-Experience with social media (facebook, instagram, twitter) a plus
